    No Display

So had a working old board, chip and memory home. Needed to setup another machine for other purposes. Bought a little cheap case.

    Specs

    Asus P5ND2-SLI
    Mushkin 2GB (2X1GB) DDR2 667
    Intel Pentium 4 630 3.0GHZ
    Geforce 9500
    Stock fan + heatsink

So i set everything up as normal with hdd's connected.

The board gets power. ( The power light on it is lit)
The GPU gets power. ( The fan is spinning)
The Heatsink and fan gets power ( The fan is spinning )
    But I get no display.

D/c'd the hdd's and cd rom drive and tried again, same thing.

Tried with one stick of ram, with no ram. Same thing

Removed the Heatsink and fan to make sure the chip was working. It was getting hot so yes, it was.

Tried the GPU in another machine, it works.

    Reset CMOS Battery.

Tried it out of the case, same thing.

Tried a diff PSU, blew a resistor.. lol.. oops..

Kept trying but.. that's about it...Everything is showing signs of power but no display.

The only think I could think left of is the PSU.

Also, the board has a 8pin CPU power connector. Only got 4 pins plugged in there..

I'm pretty much out of ideas here, so now I turn to you guys.

Anyhelp is much appreciated. Thanks in advance. :)

P.S - I used to use these parts before, so I know they are working. Probably just been idle for some months in a box.. under my bed.. somewhere >_>

I've got the same problem, during my installation my video goes out, but my fans still spin, etc.

It goes out at 25-30% of the "Expanding Files" stage.

Negative. Don't have a spare one around here.

But like i mentioned, the card works.

Also, there is no onboard video on this board.

Could probably buy a cheap PCI-e card tmr because graphics aren't really required...

    Update.

Just tried a totally different setup. The only thing constant was the Case ( which means the PSU ) and the location.

The exact same problem occurs... Everything shows signs of power but nothing is shown on the screen. Tried with an AGP card and the onboard card on the board.

    This is just weird -.-
