Where to install window 7?

Post a screenshot of your Disk Management window. Make it full screen before doing this.

To open Disk Management, press Windows key+r, type diskmgmt.msc and press Enter or click GO. Make it full screen.

I guess you was thinking, on what drive ?

If you're formating the whole hdd, I'll suggest you to make 2 partitions: C (for Windows OS, and programs ) and D ( for your data ).
Also, if you use backups, images... will be good to create one partition for it.

Will be good to tell us the HDD size.
