administrator account is deleted- safe mode is black

I installed windows 7 on my laptop. in the process of setting up my account I deleted my adminstrator access. on the welcome screen it will show my admin name and when i use my password this is what is says:

the user profile service service failed the logon. user profile cannot load.

I have tried to reinstall windows but I need access to my account. Like noted above safe mode is black and says safe mode on the corners

    any suggestions?

if this is fixable I plan to wipe my system to factory settings because everytime i installed windows before this issue it kept copying my harddrive and now I have less then a 1gb on my computer.

Have you tried booting in the safe mode by clicking on the Boot Tab in msconfig and choosing Safe Mode in the Boot Options? Do you still get the Black Screen in Safe Mode?

Sometimes when you get Black Screen in Safe Mode you get the Safe Mode Desktop by clicking your mouse cursor a couple of times on the Black Desktop

    Hello Airedale,

Are you able to do a system restore at boot using a restore point dated before you got this error?

    In addition:
User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

Please run the System File Checker (SFC) and reboot. After the reboot check if you can now get to the Safe Mode Desktop. Link for running the SFC properly is SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

You might see if you are able to do step 2 in the "In Preparation" section of the link below to enable the built-in Administrator account in Safe Mode to see if you may be able to then continue the tutorial to fix this error message.

User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

All this help is good information but it all involves access to a working desktop. I have do all my changes in a menu before start up. Everything I have read wants access to safe mode to perform these procedures but since my safe mode is black I don't know how to select these options when I can see or click anything. Can you also help answers how i can do that?

Does your Safe Mode look like this below when it starts up in it?

If so, then the links and steps in the tutorial above will help show you how to step by step.
