administrator account is deleted- safe mode is black

    That's normal since that is how Safe Mode is suppose to look with or with Help showing. You should still be able to do step 2 in the "In Preparation" of the tutorial above to enable the built-in Administrator account to then do the rest of the tutorial. :)

    So i am going to sound like a dumbass but how do i navigate option 2 in safe mode. i have no access to the control panel or start so is there keyboard code i use to access the steps used in option two?
