try this one
http://downloadmirror.intel.com/10884/eng/INF_allOS_9.1.0.1012_PV.exe

this is the adress of the intel chipset drivers

next for ibm t40 only:

and you must install audio card driver,
http://drivers.mydrivers.com/download/211-84766-Realtek-ALC650-ALC655-ALC658-ALC850-AC97-6.0.1.6285-For-Vista-Vista-64/

then, install the ati 7500 video card driver,The Radeon 9000 driver works for the Radeon 7500 card
so screen resolution-advanced settings-properties--drivers-update driver-browse my computer.....-list-seek the driver for 9000 series,install it

now,it works well

Windows 7 on a Pentium M?
I have an older laptop with Pentium M 1.6 GHz, 1GB RAM, an Intel graphics card on the mobo. I am having trouble sharing files with a box with 64 bit Windows 7. Someone said it's better to have the same OS. Is it possible to run 32 bit Win 7 on the oldie (of course, with Aero off)? Thanks!
