    Hi guys
I have had the same problem with this mobo with my sons computer.
I have found the problem is the HD audio and serial/parallel ports.
Disable this in the bios and you should be able to install.

I havent checked to see if there is a bios update and will do when i next get time

Ive now updated to the latest bios (702) and everything works fine with no issues.
My son was using win 7 home premium
I will check this out in the near future using pro or ultimate
