Installing Windows to a EXT3/4 Volume

Has anyone managed to install Windows to a EXT3 or EXT4 volume with success? I've been looking into it but I haven't been able to find anything worthwhile except a few installable drivers that enable reading and writing to other EXTn volumes.

EXTn == external drive? If so, no, Windows won't install there.

Oh no; EXTn where n is the revision or version of the EXT filesystem. Eg EXT2, EXT3 and EXT4.
