Windows 7 Home Premium usb installation can't boot

Two days ago i bought a Windown 7 home premium installation CD, so i decide to install it on my Windows 7 ultimate . Since my DVD Drive nor working properlly[ i dont know why.... i rarely use my DVD Drive ..... but still it can work properlly..], so i make a bootable usb windows 7. I try to boot on my dad pc and it works properly but went i try on my pc, IT FREEZE UP ON THE BOOT SCREEN : -

this what i mean by " boot screen", here where i get stuck......


Everytime i connected the windows 7 usb installation to my pc, it will freeze up on the boot screen, i manage to click the F12 but it never take me to the boot screen, it just freeze on the boot screen .

I try to make with different usb [ i try 4 type of usb with different brand..] still this problem not solve.....

It works fine on my dad & mom notebook but not mine......

So, could anybody help me....
