Use Home basic recovery dvd to install ultimate.

By editing the ei.cfg we can install any version of windows in stranded dvds.
Is there any way to switch editions in recovery dvds?

I have Dell's Home Basic recovery dvds, is it possible to edit something in it and install ultimate or professional ?

You need a valid key for whichever you install, so the short answer is no.
