Did you purchase the Windows disc in a retail store or is it a burned disc of some kind?

How do you intend to activate it after it is installed?

I'd throw it out and instead download a legal Windows 7 Ultimate ISO from mydigitallife.info, burn it to a disc, install, and then activate it with your own Windows 7 Ultimate Product Key.
