Did you physically remove the video card? Do that now.

Yes, I would try wiping the HD first with Diskpart Clean Command from the DVD accessing DISKPART At PC Startup

Then follow these steps to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which are same for retail.

Did you have an internet cable connected when you ran the installation?
If not, you can re-install with the internet connected by cable and it will load the appropriate drivers.
As Greg mentioned, be sure you old graphics card is removed.

Does the beeping happen in XP? What is the beep pattern. Your mobo is trying to tell you something is wrong.

Set HD first to boot in BIOS setup, Save changes, reboot. What happens?

I gave you a step earlier to enter Device Manager during install to uninstall any erroring device so that install would complete. You didn't reply to this step. Why not?

No beeping in XP. XP works fine. And I tried Device manager access during installation, uninstalled every yellow option but nothing worked.

OK, try installing Win7 from XP desktop.

Test your RAM for 5-6 passes: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Test your HD using maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD test.

According to Intel, this may be, Auxiliary power may not be connected to an external graphics card.
Check this link for Intel BIOS beeps and see if you can identify the beep sequence.

From the link above, it is a Memory error.

Good advice from the link above:
  • Reseat the memory.
  • Make sure that the contacts on the memory and the socket are clean.
  • Try removing one bank of memory modules at a time. (Some systems can require a memory module in Bank 0.)
  • Try using memory modules from the same manufacturer with the same part number and speed.
  • Check for a faulty memory module by trying the memory in a known good system.
Greg posted the way to test the memory (RAM) for faults.
These errors may be fixed by adjusting settings.

Post your system specs in the "My System Specs" drop box in the lower left corner of any of your posts. This way we can see them without having to go back through the entire thread.

Can you download CPUZ and post a snip of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs.
For posting the information , enter 'Snipping tool' in the Start button > Search box, hit enter. Select the area you want to post and save to a convenient place.

Have you been checking your temperatures?
Use Real Temp , to check the CPU temps when at idle, under load and/or testing.
Let us know the minimum and maximum temps you get.

Go to your BIOS and tell us what the CPU, RAM and the CPU integrated memory controller voltages are.
This is important in order to make RAM settings adjustments.
