Your Dell Recovery Partition has been DELETED.
You can order Recovery Disks from Dell.

I doubt it, but why don't you ask Dell?

To answer the question you started in another thread: visit Dell.com and download all the drivers and software for your laptop, then save them to a USB drive. Install Windows 7. Install the drivers and software you downloaded. Visit Windows Update and install all updates.

Or, call Dell and request a restore disc - that should restore your Dell to factory, without needing to install any drivers yourself.

To answer the question you tried to ask in your other thread that was closed.

You can't use a Windows installation disk to restore to factory settings.

A Windows installation disk will give you a fresh installation. That is NOT the same thing as restoring to factory settings.
