Ok what you are saying is you have NO backups of any of your, so called, Important files.

Well that means that at some point in time you will lose all of them. This may be that time.

thanks for advise ... but you can't do all what you want without a supporting hardware ..

i think that this may come to lose my files .... but really it is not this time ... i still have a xp & ubuntu installed
if i didn't find a solution ... i would wait till holiday when i will buy a new hard desk ... transfer my data to it and then format this one very deep by f desk or any method .... or installing the 7 on the new hard ..

i will try to make a backup then but i will need lots of dvds or flashs

Your best bet for a backup device is an external hard drive, but of course it's your money and your choice.
