Windows 7: trying to install win 7 but keep getting error msg

windows ultimate 64bit
trying to install win 7 but keep getting error msg

i am trying to put win 7 onto a medion pc which has vista 32bit, i have tried doing a clean install and an upgrade but it will not run for more than one restart.

one of the erorr msgs were unverified and the others are anything from system repair to the pc not booting up!
can anyone help?

Where did you get Win7? Did you burn the DVD yourself?

Check for newer BIOS update on mobo Support Downloads webpage. If not then reset the BIOS to defaults: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

While in BIOS setup set SATA controller to AHCI to try install.

Wipe the HD from DVD Command line using Diskpart Clean Command accessing DISKPART At PC Startup.

If the disk is clean an unscratched then we can rule out the media for now. Proceed.
