Did you run the software CD which came with printer?

Did you follow the steps to configure it wirelessly which are given?

    Will it print?

Go to Control Panel>Devices and Printers>Add a Printer>Wireless printer. Does it find the printer? If so click on it to Install.

I am baffled by it myself as it was working some months back when I used it, but now when I test it for you mine will not open either. So there must have been an Update affecting it.

Do you have the scanner working wirelessly? If the software doesn't come up on desktop when you press scan, in Devices and Printers rightclick the Printer to see if Scan options are present on the context menu.

Indeed it's weird that stuff. Yes, I do have the scanner working wirelessly.
Please get back with info, when you have solved the wizard issue, thanks
