Windows 7: windows wont boot

ive got a toshiba satellite M45-S269
pentium m 1.7ghz , 1.5 g ram , 100g serial ata 5400rpm harddrive ,
chipset intel 915gm express , bus speed 533mhz

i tried to install windows 7 on it i was successfull the first time but i couldnt get activated so i went to install from a different cd i had but i couldnt get it to boot, i did a clean install deleted partition created a new one then formatted and installed ive done it 5 times now ive even tried the origonal cd i used in the first place to no avail ive used 3 different copies and it doesnt work. i tried to repair with the cd and everything comes out ok except at the bottom it says :failure while setup is in progress. ive also gotten the error signature 6.1.7600.16385 im not sure what to do cause i have no idea what the problem is any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

where did you get your ISO image? How did you burn it? Do you have a backup to restore? can you boot into safe mode?

i got my copy from smartserials.com which ive used on another machine and got liscenced which is supossed to be an untouched copy i got another copy from piratebay.org which has been preloaded with some software however i have also got this copy on another computer and liscenced. i tried another copy from piratebay which is supossed to be untouched the size matched up to no avail. i tried to boot to safe mode and it just loaded a page scrolling with stuff then went back to origonal screen of safe mode option or start windows normally i hit safe mode again and itll just go back to the same page. i burned using power iso which ive burned lots of windows discs this way with no problems. i have no backup to restore i did a clean install.
