Need help on Unattended Windows 7

First, I would like to apologies if this has been answered in some other threads. I had tried to create unattended Windows 7 installer with both RT Windows 7 Lite and BuClean Studio. The creation was successful, but leave some problem that causes problem for me personally.

The problem is, after created unattended installer, I can't find a way to keep the interface to keep the screen where I can choose to troubleshoot Windows. I need the screen so that I can use the command prompt clean, format and create partition.

Is there a way to keep the screen? The screen I wanted to keep is displayed as the attached thumbnails. However, the first screen is skipped and unable to proceed to the second screen.
