The options you describe are part of the Windows Recovery Environment and cannot be used to install Windows.

Please start a new thread in the Installation & Setup forum where you'll get good advice.

Did Win7 come on the laptop? Which version is on the COA sticker on bottom?

What is the make and model of the laptop? Is there a Recovery Partition you can run at boot to restore Windows?

Do you want to run Factory Recovery or Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7?
