MBR damaged and Win7 System Recovery not workin

Hi everyone, I'll keep it short and to the point.

    What I had initially:

120 GB hardisk divided into 3 partitions.
1st partition (22.2GB) with XP, second partition (30GB) with win 7 and rest (60 GB) as mass memory for storage.

    What I did:
Installed Ubuntu 12.04 LTS desktop 32 bit with USB on the partition which had XP.
For that I had to format it and convert to ext4 and also create a swap memory of ~3GB.
Thus I finally have 1 partition with ubuntu another with win 7 and another with mass memory.

    Now, Problem:

MBR got damaged as win XP partition was formatted (which had bootloader) and thus I can't login to win 7 from Ubuntu Grub.

To solve this problem I had to create a USB recovery disk for win7. But now the problem is even after using bootrec command which gave sucess result for fixmbr, fixboot, scanos and rebuildbcd i am not able to boot into win 7. The computer just hangs after bootup with a blinking cursor.

So what should I do now ??

Use your Windows 7 cd to run Startup Repair.

You must mark the Win7 partition Active before running Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times,
so WinRe will know where to write the System boot files.

The best way is here to Dual boot Ubuntu-Win7

We see this sometimes when GRUB is on the same HD with Win7, corrupting it beyond repair.

There are additional steps using bootrec command and Partition Wizard here so you will know you've done everything possible, and can copy out your files to reinstall or run Recovery: Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot

If you will post back a camera snap of the maximized Partition Wizard CD drive map and listings we can look it over closer for you.
