I have tried that and unfortunately I'm unable to get anywhere, being that I installed 7x32 on a pc that is for x64 I'm back into a corner with no options that I know of.

I have my cd with drivers on it and I try to install any of them and it states " software not compatible with this System"

Why are you using a driver's CD? Win7 installer has the drivers or they are quickly updated via optional Windows Updates. Read and follow the steps I gave you to get it right.

Everything you need is in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Download and burn to DVD the latest official 64 bit installer for your licensed version, boot it and follow the steps given closely to install and set up Win7.
