Can not install windows XP from windows 7 GUI

When I try and install windows XP from windows 7 I get this error

I have copied the cd content from another computer and placed it on a USB drive.
Also i tried reinstall XP from this USB stick on my other computer and it reinstalled just fine

So is there any workaround this without buying a usb optical drive?

You must burn the XP ISO to CD using ImgBurn or write to flash stick using Win2Flash, boot it to install.
