windows file currupted

i'm trying to install win7 on a laptop using a pen drive but it says file currupted or mixing. I have tried different windows setups. One time i made it but couldn't install microsoft office. Sometimes my screen turns blue. Is it the pendrive or hdd.

Try making another Windows setup usb. Download this legal iso of the corresponding Windows 7 version that your product key is for: Official Windows 7 SP1 ISO from Digital River My Digital Life
Then, download and use the the Windows 7 USB/DVD to write the Windows 7 installation files to your usb flash drive by using this tutorial: Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool

windows file not found.

i've changed different windows disk to make windows on usb flash drive but i keeps on telling me windows file not found or currupted. Is it a the HDD or cd rom.
