I've disabled the "super-admin account" now.
I've heard that the first account made on a Windows pc have special rights and the next administrator accounts haven't got these rights. Is that true? Maybe it's just best to reinstall ?

Please resubmit the two account-related files that you posted in post #12.
Between my recollections and google translate, then the Dansk is no problem.
When Win7 sets up the first User account it assumes it's for the owner so makes it an Admin level account. If it needs changing it will not change in all places for security reasons. So the solution as you suspect is to reinstall or run Factory Recovery.
On a new Samsung laptop I think I would use the free tech support included along with parts warranty for one year. Let them help you correct it or walk you through Factory Recovery.
However if you want to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to dump the preinstalled factory bloatware which would also be in Recovery, then be sure to make your Recovery Disks so you have a path back, as it's possible some Samsung software you want may not be there or work correctly after a Clean Reinstall. Samsung and Sony can be a problem this way.

I turned on my computer for the first time. It's OEM Windows. I had to write all the info, you know. I have to write the name of the Windows account (or actually.. I don't know if it was the name of the computer or the Windows account. Maybe it's the same?) and i spelled wrong. I wrote Pete instead of Peter Stidsen.
After the Windows installation i made a new administrator account with the right name. And i deleted the old one (Pete). Erhmm... I don't think i have done more.. Hope that's ok.

I've had a minor calamity today that took away several hours (lost my cellphone). Consequently, haven't had a chance to grab a bite to eat. Am going to grab something to eat and will be back in less than 2 hours.
