Install Win7 & keep my file works

Please help,I have Windows 7 on 250 gb hardisk and do not work anymore,may be problem with MBR error. I want to install new instalation (not clean install) because i want to restore my old software back).How can I do that ??,Please help me with step by step tutorial to do this.Thanks for help.

Work through these steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot which lead up to an in-place Repair Install as a last resort before Clean Reinstalling. There is no way to reinstall the OS without reinstalling needed programs, too.

What have you tried as far as fixing the problem? Have you tried doing a Startup Repair?

You can do a parallel install: Windows 7 Home Premium parallel install
