    Clean windows install. Cant ream the OME code/sticker on the bak.

    I wanna do a fesh clean install of window 7 ultimate on my laptop. The problem is I cannot read the sticker on the back too get the code

    I hav no cds r dvds and my thumb drive is not big enough

    Can anyone help me

    My laptop is a Tosh SATELLITE A500-1GL

    That model comes with Home Premium, not Ultimate.

    If you have Ultimate on it now, how was it activated? If it's a legal retail copy, you can audit the Product Key off the HD with Belarc Advisor - CNET Download.com.

    If not then your options are to contact Toshiba tech support to order the model's Recovery disks which will self-activate, buy a copy of Win7 to install upon it, or install a free Win8 Preview copy or Linux distro.
