Cannot boot up OSX, it freezes at "Starting Darwin 86"

I am trying to install OSX Lion onto my computer build. I have looked through hackintosh forums and this build does work. I was hoping someone here might know anything about this. I have had great help from this forum and am not having any help from other forums. I have seen other osx threads and here is mine.

    Here are my system specs

    Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H Socket 1155 Intel Z77 Chipset Dual Channel DDR3 1600/1333/1066 MHz 3x PCI-Express x16 GigaLAN 7.1-CH HD Audio 5x SATA 6Gb/s 2.4 x SATA 3Gb/s 6x USB 2.0 10x USB
    3.0 VGA/DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort ATX
    CPU: Intel Core i7-3770 Quad- Core Socket 1155, 3.4Ghz, 8MB L3 Cache, 22nm (Retail Boxed) Gen3 (BX80637I73770)
Case: NZXT Phantom WHITE w/RED Enthusiast Full Tower Case (NZXTPHAN003RD)
    SSD: OCZ (VTX4-25SAT3-128G) Vertex 4 2.5" 128GB SATA3 6GB/s Solid State Drive, Read: 560MB/s, Write: 430MB/s
    RAM: 64.99 G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series DDR3 1866MHz (PC3-14900) 8GB (2x4GB) Dual Channel Kit (F3-14900CL9D-8GBXL)
PSU: Corsair Enthusiast Series TX850 V2 850W 80PLUS Bronze Certified Power Supply (CMPSU-850TXV2)
    CPU Cooler: Corsair (CWCH80) Hydro Series H80 High-performance CPU Cooler -- for Intel 2011/1366/1156/1155/775 & AMD AM3/AM2+/AM2

I have tried all the OSX versions i have.

I have tried retail 10.7.3, Lion l1 & l2, Leopard and Snow Leopard... with rBoot
All times I see some initial lines and in the iatkos I see the stuff after that(with grey background). When the GUI should come up it does not. What shows is black screen.
I have installed windows 7 on the system and partitioned the drive to install the osx but I cannot get to the GUI so nothing is happening.
My BIOS version is F8, It have tried most of these in F5(came with it).

What settings does my BIOS need to be?

I was told that all my specs work, so it should be the BIOS settings. If pictures could be provided that would be great.

I have tried using another (other than the on-board) graphics card. The sapphire 6450 but the same thing happens.

When i verbose boot, some lines come up CPU, RAM stuff.
Before I able to read the last lines it turns black. It is like it is switching screens and them it settles to to the black.

I ran iatkos l2 in virtualbox in my windows 7 partition. I get stuck at "Starting Darwin x86". Is there something to fix for this?

Not sure why you would ask about OSX installation in a Windows 7 forum? Wouldn't a Mac forum be a better place, something like this? Apple Support Communities

Im just back to Windows PC after 6 months using an iMac and boy am i glad to be back to Windows,at least i know my way around Windows unlike I did with OSX!!

Was Apples bullying of firms like HTC & Samsung made my mind uo too distance myself from them,so I sold my iMac,iPad & iPhone, plus i found OSX hard to navigate!!

I want to try it out. Its like a test or goal by now to get osx working. Also im into editing, photography etc and want to try it out. I want to make my own decision whether its is good or not. The hardware is crap no doubt but the software is supposed to be best at production, so why not try it out.

I posted here because forums that support this are not really helpful sometimes and this site has been helpful. I posted something on triple boot here long time ago and got good feedback but now its different so I posted a new thread.
