How do I stop Publisher Security Warnings On Desktop links

Whenever I click on a link on my Desktop the following message pops up.

This is in Windows 7 Home Premium. This means that the Group Policy Manager is not available. Please don't suggest that.

I apologize if this repetitive, but searching only provide the GPM option or related the issue occurring in Internet Explorer or your typical forum troll harassment..

I think I just found my own answer.

As you can see the link was redirected to the local network group (Bob-PC)

Does someone know how this happened so I can avoid this again??

Hi all anyway to sto these messages popping up on previous builds there was a little box you could uncheck. This gets really annoying if you are accessing any site with partially protected conted - https stuff etc. Cheers jimbo
