    Hello!

If the installer is one you acquired perhaps the ISO file is bad and another will work; or if you burned it to DVD, another burn is needed, use ImgBurn at no greater than x4 speed with a verify.
If the PC is capable, add the installation files to a USB stick and boot that for the install and be sure to post back with any further questions you may have and to keep us informed.

I just tried the install again, this time with a new iso burned at x4 speed. I got further along the process but still it gets stuck on a random percent. I tried the first disc again and that is also closer to 100 (often in the 80´s). However I noticed that when it stops i cant move the mouse so its basically frozen making me think it´s just the computer. Do you have any ideas what could cause this? thanks

Let's work through a few more steps:

Reset the BIOS to defaults: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS.
Look in BIOS setup for SATA controller setting, try AHCI first.

Unplug all other HD's and peripherals.

Boot the Installation DVD which was burned with ImgBurn at 4x speed, access Command Prompt at first screen by pressing Shift + F10 keys, then wipe the HD using Diskpart Clean Command.

When it completes, close Command Box, click Install Now, follow these steps to Clean Install Windows 7. If it fails let us know at what step and exactly what happens.

Next, where did you get Win7? Write the ISO to flash stick using Universal USB Installer with Win7 in dropdown menu. Boot under USB, Removable or HD"s using One-time BIOS Boot Menu key given on first BIOS screen. Set HD first to boot in BIOS setup.

If that fails, unplug the DVD drive or disable it in BIOS to try flash install again.

Report back on each for more steps if needed.

Sorry for taking so long to reply, I reset the BIOS to defaults and also wiped the Hd following the onscreen instructions but still the computer freezes during installation. It always stops when expanding windows files but never at the same percentage. Unfortunately I can´t try to install using USB as i only have one that is 2gb.

    Mista,

Fill in your System Specs to be best of your abiities. This write-up will serve as a guideline. I realize that you won't be able to run the programs.

    Update your SevenForums System Specs
User CP (located on the top menu bar) |
Your Profile | Edit System Spec
    (left-hand column)

To gather info, use Speccy (my favorite) or SIW or System Info

In the System Manufacturer Block, enter:
    Manufacturer and Model and
ADD the word laptop, desktop, netbook or tablet.
    For example:
    Toshiba Satellite L305D notebook.

Provide full windows version info, for example:
    MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit

Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader,
Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor, etc

Scroll down and click on SAVE CHANGES.

You will find that in Speccy, you can select info from the display
using your mouse/touchpad and then paste that info into your specs.

SIW is a marvelous program, but the free version does not offer
    this capability.

I asked you where you got Win7? The issue is likely the installer so please be thorough and don't just pick and choose steps you reply to.

Did you burn the DVD yourself? Burn another one now from a confirmed ISO using ImgBurn at 4x speed.

Borrow or buy a 4gb flash stick ($5 with free shipping on buy.com) to write the ISO to it using tool specified earlier.

The first iso was from here: Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit (download torrent) - TPB
the second I got from here: How to get Windows 7 Ultimate for free (NO TORRENTS) - YouTube

I just tried again and the computer restarted "updated registry settings" but then got stuck on the next screen where it says completing installation...

I´m hopefully going to buy a flash stick later today if it continues to fail, Sorry for not co-operating as well as I could be I really appreciate you taking time to help.

Is there any particular reason you did not download the ISO from the official and authorized source, namely:
