    Factory restore error: 0x40011002000100a

Hello. I am having HORRIBLE problems with my laptop.
    1. It's freezing constantly, I HAVE Black screen of death.
    2. Windows welcome screen takes forever to log in.
    3. No AMD whatever or something and there is plenty more.
And decided to try restore my laptop to new, I can't because as title says.
I do have the disc and I restored before, twice due to problems.
Error occurs...Anyone can help me? I can't type long because I'm freezing badly.

Edit: In safe mode, but I feel like the problem could be that I have a folder I can't delete.
It gives me a I/O error thing. I scanned once and it said there was a virus in it but I rid of it, I want to get rid of that folder but can't.

give name of that folder please. For example: C:\privatedata\sub1\images

    In elevated command prompt:
    Code:

    chkdsk/f c:
Any errors? And fixed? Run it another time until fixed

    C:/users/Axel/Desktop.
The folder is on my desktop.
The error says this when I try to delete it.
Error: 0x8007045D: The request could not be preformed because of an I/O Device Error.
I just want to restore the entire PC to possibly fix all of this mess, but I also error upon trying restoring...

Edit: Running the Chkdsk thing, it's 3% complete so I'll update you on that soon.
[Sorry I really know nothing about PC's, am a girl and only 19 lol]

C:/users/Axel/Desktop so the desktop itself? You most likely mean C:\users\Axel\Desktop\somename

    perform a
    Code:
    chkdsk/f/r c:
from elevated command prompt. Is a seagate disk or western digital...or?
msinfo32->storage->disks give you the model. "Device manager"->disk stations shows it as well

Uhm, I right click the folder and put Properties. It only says that on what I typed.
I don't understand on the other stuff you posted. I'll try and see if I can screenpost.

When I try and do a Factory Restore thing.
I press F8 and all, Repair computer and then the Dell backup thing. [I have the reinstall disk.]
It says, "Your computer will be completely restore just like when you first bought it.
Tried to but 1 second later the error:
    0x40011002000100a comes.

The Chsdk says some stuff in undreadable btw. Sorry for all these problems, it's a lot I know.

Driver Install - Device Manager tells you how to enter "device manager". Open "disk drives" there. What is listed?
