    HDD is write protected

I had a problem with my notebook and I got told to does this commands but it stayed like this for 3 hours..(in the picture)
Anyway another website told me to do a different command and I think I might of found the problem. I found out that's its write protected. I can't boot up windows 7 because there's something up with the HDD partitions. I tried the 'attribute clear readonly' command and it said unable.. any ideas?

When you formatted your hdd you erased Windows 7 installation. You will now need to reinstall everything.

Here is a tutorial for the clean and clean all cmds by Brink here on the forums.

Yes, you have wiped the HD although with the Clean command we can still help you retrieve the partitions using Partition Wizard - Partition Recovery Wizard Video Help.

However if there's nothing on it you want then you can go ahead to Clean Reinstall the licensed version on the PC with the Product Key on the COA sticker shown in tutorial or in your retail box.

This should solve your performance issues if you stick closely with the Best Practices for Win7 install in the blue link tutorial, both for installing and maintaining Win7.
