    I had previously had a issue with a virus/Trojan, I downloaded multiple aintvirus/malware removel
Tools, to no avail. So I decided to do a full recovery, apon the recovery completion my system starts to reinstall windows. At that point after registry install the system gives error message that windows is unable to install to "thuis systems hardware" I have tried everything I know and was suggested via tech support.. Any ideas(besides buying a recovery CD or new OS) please help ASAP. Have college work due end of week.

And now its saying hardisk failure and bios is not recognizing my HDD..

if bios is not recognising hdd it could either be a problem with drivers or your hdd is "fried"

Follow these steps to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which provides the latest official installer for your licensed version and tool to write it to flash stick or burn to DVD. Read through the steps now to ask questions so that you understand fully what is involved.

If it fails try wiping the HD with Diskpart Clean Command from installer's Command Line accessing DISKPART At PC Startup

If that fails reset BIOS to defaults: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS
While in BIOS setup set SATA controller to AHCI to try install, then IDE mode if necessary.

Unplug all other HD's and peripherals.

Report back results as there will be other steps if required.
