Can't install Windows 7

    And, Im already getting an issue with that, when choosing an iso file, I choose the Windows 7 iso file, it has a .iso ending, I open that and the tool says:
    The selected file is not a valid ISO file. Please select a valid ISO file and try again.

    Whats the exact name of the ISO?

    When I browse for it using the USB tool, it comes up as:
    C:\Users\Microsoft\Downloads\X17-58997.iso

    And when I click next I get that message:
    The selected file is not a valid ISO file. Please select a valid ISO file and try again.

    Its 3.1Gb in size right? Try and copy the ISO to another folder, and see if the tool will pick it up then.

    Yup its 3.1GB, and put it in a new folder, and still same issue

    Jeez.....OK, can I suggest downloading it again? Perhaps it got stuffed during the download.

    That'll take a couple hours probably, I'll go get some more DVD's in the mean time

    I will try this if it fails again once I've re-downloaded windows and I get the same problem

    Seems like re-downloading certainly did something, it is now being copied to my USB Flash perfectly fine
      My Computer
