Sticker missing from 3 user Home Premium upgrade pack - legal?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I don't see anything closer related to a EULA type question...

A friend of mine bought this from B&H Photo and I was doing the installation, I noticed before I opened the shrink wrap the sticker was missing from the edge where it opens, it just has the "stub". I used one of these a long time ago so I can't remember for sure but it seems like it should definitely be on there?

If there is no COA sticker showing the Product Key then you'lll need to contact the seller to ask for a replacement.

Is it possible someone who handled the package could have taken it?

Unfortunately no, nobody else would have handled it after I took the shrink wrap off and again it was already off as I was able to see the stub on the edge... Thanks for the reply.

I'd call them now.

Let us know how they respond.

They have to reply. This is why I suggested you call them if possible: If they sold you software without a Product Key it is illegal. They must make it good or you can prosecute them.

When you call them let them know this is being aired along with their name in the top tech forum on the web and we are all waiting to see what they say.
