It took a little bit to load and it came up with No Drivers Found. The thing that was weird about it was unlike any other discs that were booted, the loading light was not illuminated while it was going. I know for certain I am using a WD HDD

There's a possibility the disk was burned badly. What burner did you use?
Try this ISO burned to CD using Windows Image Burner or ImgBurn:
Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for DOS (CD)
You can also run it from Windows here:
WD Support / Downloads / SATA & SAS / WD RE2
I'd also install this program to read the HD SMART data/condition:
CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World

I used Roxio to burn the image to the CD... all other CDs worked with a Roxio burn. I will check out that HD Smart program though.

Roxio is crapware not meant to burn bootable ISO disks at all. Burn another disk using Windows image Burner or ImgBurn.
