f8 advanced boot options freezes

    its ps2 mouse
    i installed all updates ( important and optional ) so no more updates here
    yes there is a newer bios update available but really i dare not to update the bios
    because maybe i will lose my pc if i did it wrong :)
    of course that's very easy for you because you have perfect experience but me not

    the problem is resolved
    HP Compaq 8200 Elite Small Form Factor PC*-* HP Compaq Business Desktop System BIOS (J01 BIOS) - HP Business Support Center
    the newer bios update fixed and resolved my problem

Advanced Boot Options has been coming up on its own everytime I have started my computer up. It first started doing this when I was running Vista 32bit then 64bit and has followed me onto Windows 7 64bit. How do I go about disabling it? Thanks in advance.
