Factory reset crash error 'Install Windows'

okay i didnt really know where to put this as its a backup and reset fault but also an installation error and again a crashing error. so i formatted my hardrive and computer completely, ran it back as a factory reset, it was originally okay but the internet explorer refused to work, no internet browser would, but my internet was working as i was able to play a disk installed game online. reccomended by a friend he said the file could be damaged. To let the computer go to factory settings and re install things again. this time the factory reset crashed when it says ''setup is starting services'' and now i get an error everytime i load the computer saying ''Install windows :- the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click ''OK'' to restart the computer, and then restart the installation''. I cant run a reset or anything, repair windows is no longer a F8 option and i cannot run the installation while in safe mode. Any helps much appreciated :)

Is this a store bought PC or a custom build? If a retail store purchase, there should be a hidden partition named the D drive and some branded software to restore the computer to factory settings (the day it was first turned on). If a custom build, you should have the OS you purchased on a disk. Just go into the BIOS and change the boot order to CD/DVD drive and load the OS disk and reboot PC. You should get a black screen that says "to to boot from CD/DVD" press any key to continue. Then from there just do a clean install.

If it's already failed then I'd instead get the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Everything you need is in the blue link including the installer which you do not need to buy since you own the OS which came preinstalled on the PC for it's life.

    Good work, Woody.

Let us know if there are any performance issues. Keep with the tutorial tools and practices to keep a perfect install, with a backup image to use in place of future reinstalls.
