Windows 7: Windows 7 sp1 repair error

Hello everyone,
My operating sys is windows7 sp1 but now its not working well so i m going to repair it by insert cd and select option upgrade but during windows installation at 21% it restart and at windows setup screen shows message in black screen message of windows fail to start
file: /$windows.~BT/windows/system32/winload.exe
status 0xc000000f
Please give me any remedy as soon as possible.

It would help to know what your system specs are. At the top of any Forum page click on "User CP". Then in the left column click on "Edit System Spec" and fill in as much information as possible. A free program called Speccy can give you the info.

It sounds like you might be trying to do a Repair Install. If so, see if this tutorial can help.

Another option, and perhaps something to try before a Repair Install, is to run a system file checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two, this tutorial.) If any problems are found run the scan 3 times, rebooting in between each scan.

Did Repair Install roll back or is it still unbootable?

If unbootable boot into the Windows 7 installer System Recovery Options
to run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times.

There are other steps here to attempt booting Windows 7 unless it didn't complete reinstall, attempt to rescue files if they were not lost, run Factory Recovery or get a superior Clean Reinstall: Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot

Dear marsmimar i have used scannow in window 7 three times but it reply that some problem still persists so is it feasible to carry on windows upgrade

This may mean your installation is too corrupt to repair, so I would move the data off and proceed with a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Follow the steps closely to obtain and maintain a perfect reinstall without any other tools or modifications.

I think i observe one thing which can b helpful to diagnose that after upgrade procedure in windows7 then system restart and i choose to boot from usb so after selection of language it shows two operating systems one in c drive previous one and other one in e derive with name of windows setup.
Is there any more to move towards solution?

If you are running a Repair Install (upgrade over itself) then you want to run the installer from within Windows, not boot it.

If you are doing the Clean Reinstall then you'd boot the installer, as shown in the tutorial choose Custom install, then Drive Options to delete all partitions, repartition as you wish or just click Next to let installer do it for you.

The WIndows Setup you are seeing is most likely the installer.

i m using repair install but error appear as i mention my first post,can i repair this by command prompt in this way

Try running Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times.

Unplug all other HD's and peripherals.

Next try running SFC -SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot from installer or Repair CD Command Line.

What are the exact issues you're trying to repair with the Repair Install?

Have you read over Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 and are willing to get a perfect reinstall which you then maintain only via the tools and methods in the tutorial so you don't corrupt or ruin your Windows 7 again?

Please answer all of the questions including the ones in my first post which you didn't even reply to. These repairs require the utmost thoroughness and total attention to detail.
