    Ok the Link i include was a OEM disk how many PC's Could i install it on
    and im still confused about the COA sticker stuff the link that was sent to me in 1 of the replies didnt help

    You need a COA sticker for each PC you resell that has Win7 on. You get one with each OEM license you purchase. The one you linked from New Egg has one license. Bigmck was explaining how to buy them in bulk.

    ok but i thought He Said OEM is like where you can install it on multiple PC's and it will give them a Dif CD key Each time

    If it's more than you want to handle then you can order the single-license OEM such as New Egg offers.

    I've seen OEM price go down to $89 regularly. I don't know what price breaks they offer for bulk purchase so you'd need to study deeper the site I linked for you. Someone else may have experience with that.
