Hi I want to install win7x64 on a ssd 128 gig,and games on my 2 terabyte hdd, I've been told you have to specify we're you install games ho do I make sure it doesnt go on ssd please help........
During the install of most all programs, whether a Game or any other type of program you are given a choice of where to install them, to which drive in your system. Just change the Drive letter from C:\ to D:\ or whatever drive letter you want.
Sometime, with certain programs, you have to Select Custom Install to be able to change the install location, but it is normally always changeable.
It's best to install programs to the SSD to take advantage of the faster speeds.
You can place your data on the HD by copying User folders, then rightclicking each to add to the related Library - Include a Folder - Windows 7 Forums.
