That thing most likely came with Vista Business installed, flip it over, can you read the sticker ? What does it say ? If you want Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit you will most likely have to buy it.

Why do you need Ultimate ? Home Premium is faster IMO. ( tested on over 100 different pcs )
