Are you able to remain booted into Windows 7 as it wasn't clear from your first post?
If so install and run a full scan with
Malwarebytes, in Safe Mode if necessary.
Then post back a screenshot of your maximized Disk Mgmt drive map with listings, using Snipping Tool in Start Menu so we can see your config and which partition is Active before running
Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times to fully sort and if necessary repair anything with your boot.
