Windows 7: Windows Home to Pro Upgrade Problem

Good evening everyone. I thank anyone in advance for lending me your time in helping me fix this problem.

I am having a problem upgrading my existing Windows Home Premium operating system to Windows Professional (Which I purchased and downloaded tonight via Microsoft's website)

Upon installing, I select the onscreen option to 'Upgrade" instead of installing a fresh copy of windows. (Screenshot #1-"install1'')

From here the next screen stops things saying that I must go back into my current OS and do things manually. (Screenshot #2-''install2'')

I've done what the prompt suggests and I'm taken back to the normal 'Windows Anytime Upgrade' screen where it then prompts me to purchase Windows Professional a second time at full price. (I purchased the student version from Microsoft)

I've tried entering the Product Key (Despite it asking for an 'Upgrade Key') in the hopes it was some sort of glitch I could bypass, but I haven't had any luck.

No install files needed.
Only the Upgrade key is need.
Anytime upgrade only adds-on the Programs & Features from version to version.

I'm aware of the Windows Upgrade feature, however the upgrade that Microsoft was selling is priced much higher than buying the entire Windows Professional system via Microsoft's student discount as I've already done.

You can use any Professional key, full, Upgrade, student discount Upgrade, Anytime Upgrade.
