Windows 7: dell factory restore - file not found

i have my recovery drive , but when i check on restore factory os , it doesnt appear and show file not found . how to saolve this ? doesn anyone know ?

i had the exact same issue with a lenovo laptop recovery suite.
if you have a recovery disc from dell use that if not
do you have the recovery discs you made when first setting up your pc

these will allow you to restore to factory.

you may be able to persuade Dell to send you a disc if you ask nicely,
