Follow these steps to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

You can use the Dell Reinstallation DVD if it has SP1 written on it. If not download and burn the one in tutorial.

When you boot the installer, use the CUstom install Drive Options to delete each partition then click Next to let installer create new partitioning, format and begin install.

Okay, now I got a message that says, "Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation."

Then burn the latest official installer ISO to disk using Tool in Steps 1/2 in tutorial.

Did you delete all partitions before install?

Try creating and formatting an install partiition.

If this fails boot into installer's System Recovery Options Command line to run Diskpart Clean Command .
Then close Command box and click Install Now, use Drive Options to create and format partition.

I've deleted the partitions and Disk 0 unallocated showed up and when I choose that, 3mins into the installation, that message popped up. I'm using the Windows 7 installation disk that came with my computer but right now i'm downloading the .iso you sent me

Thank you so much! I have my 7 back, I lost all my files though because I didn't have a chance to before I knew what I was doing when I deleted everything, but that's better than nothing at all! I guess it was just a faulty disk that came with my pc, but anyway thank you, you're a life saver!!

Since you are using a Dell follow my instructions in my wiki A Clean Install of Windows 7 on Dell Systems:
    Dell Community

This gives you instructions in much more detail on installing Windows 7 on a Dell system.
