Help with disk partition

I have one disk which is set up in disk management as the picture shows:

On each end is disk space that I would like to combine to make into a separate partition, so I can install a separate OS for boot.

Can this be done? If so, recommendations on method would be appreciated. While I have a full backup of current drive, I hope to not mess things up requiring an install

Download PW boot CD linked above, Boot into PW CD to delete the partition on the left end then follow Partition Wizard Resize Partition - Video Help.

Then use Same Resize procedure with the Free space on the right end.

Have a Windows 7 DVD or System Repair Disk standing by since Resizing on the boot sector can cause unbootable Windows 7. If so boot into disk to run Startup Repair up to 3 Separate Times.
