Who advised to use Clean All command which is overkill? The specified command is Clean which takes seconds and gives the same wipe of the boot sector which is the concern here.
Did you follow all of the steps in Post #47 above?
If it fails write the Pro ISO to stick using a new ISO and the tool in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to remove the installer from the equation.
If these fail test your HD with the maker's HD Diagnostic followed by Disk Check if you can make a partition.
