Try these steps to install only the graphics driver. Use the previous driver you had.

1.Download the preferred driver and save it to the desktop.
2.Double click the installer and you will see a screen where it will be extracted to, change that to your desktop.
3.Open Device Manager through Control Panel.
4.Expand Display adapters and right click the name for yours and choose Update Driver\Browse my Computer. Select the driver folder you just saved on the desktop. Click Next.
    5. Your system should say "Windows has successfully updated your driver software".

If you get a window saying you already have the most current driver, go back to step 4 and choose Uninstall Driver software instead. Then restart from step 3.

i did it the first time you told me to .
first time ive deleted the driver and installed it again ( but the installation process was from nvidia install.exe , because when i've uninstalled the graphic driver there was no more "display adapters" option , so i had no other option)
anyway , did it again right now , as you said , windows said that it's up to date , so i've choose the " let me pick from the list of drivers on my pc " , and there was 3 options , onaboard driver , 8 ver nvidia and 9 ver nvidia , so i chose the latest and installed it . after the installation it just said that it was successful . i restarted the pc again and nothing changed .
in a matter of fact i think now it's even slower on furmark .

Do you have a perfect baseline install of Win7 to begin with? Read the steps given in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to see how close you come, and if not I would consider doing it over to get it perfect.

If so establish a Clean Boot, comb the logs for repeat errors to resolve, utilize System Resources and the other Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

does it mean that i need a flash stick memory (make it bootable and etc)?
because i dont have one .
The thread has moved on, but I believe tha EZ Flash can read a BIOS file from any drive that is formatted FAT32. (Not NTFS.) The drive doesn't need to be bootable.

I think that one of the options would be a CD, if that's more convenient for you.

I suggest getting a flash drive, though. I bought a couple of low-end 8GB USB drives yesterday for $7US each.

Bob why do you think flashing BIOS from stick is safer than from Windows? I would have thought the opposite. It's certainly how most OEM's want it done since most dont' provide any other method.

Not saying I disagree here, because I need more information. But I've seen it before and wanted to ask this time.

Greg, it's just safer to flash BIOS from within BIOS with either a stick or CD. The windows utilities can corrupt it at times, though rare. A botched BIOS flash would mean either a new board or if available a new BIOS chip, which are available for some boards nowadays.

Some new ASUS boards have a feature to flash BIOS/UEFI by simply plugging in a stick containing the BIOS file to a special USB port and pressing a button for 5-10 seconds. No drives needed even.
