Re-installing Windows on an SSD

I'm sure people on this site have answered the question I'm about to ask 100 times, but i would appreciate if someone could make it 101.

I bought a new computer about a year and a half ago from a local store that put it together for me (i know nothing about computers). It has started to slow down and i would like to wipe it clean, There is nothing on it that is important enough for me to keep, i can just download all my games from steam or Origin. I have a 1tb HDD and a SSD that has Windows on it. How do i go about wiping both drives and just re-installing Windows 7 on the SSD?

Unplug the HD, boot the Win7 DVD, choose Custom install delete all partitions on the SSD then click Next to let installer create, format and begin install.

Yes sorry, it is a 120 GB SSD. there is nothing important on my 1tb hdd other than the games, but i can re-install all of them from steam and origin.
