Can't Install Windows 7 - Windows is Starting Problem

Hi, my device is ASUS E402N.
I tried almost everything but can't install Windows 7 stuck on the Windows is Starting with logo.
    I disabled secure boot.
There is no other option in BIOS such as Legacy mode.
There is no option to change the SSD mode.
I can't find anything related with the boot. There is only fast boot option - disabled -.
    I can't install Windows 7.
    Thank you for your help.

    On BIOS
    - Disable fast boot and Secure boot
    - Enable CSM

You must add USB 3.x drives to the installation disk.

Can you post some Bios pictures?
Don't use external inks. Use the paper clip - browse - upload

Search asus.com in your region for your exact model. There is probably a bios update
