Windows 7 USB DVD Tool - Boot Installation

A great day to all.

Just wanna ask if anyone could explain please, how will I use the Windows 7 USB DVD Tool.

I never used a USB flash drive before in installing Windows 7.

I have read some guides but made me clouded more.

So now, I have downloaded the ISO file from Microsoft and the USB DVD Tool, >> DO I HAVE TO COPY BOTH THE ISO FILE AND THE USB DVD Tool on my flash disk, AFTER THAT IS MY FLASH DISK already READY FOR USE INSTALLING ON BOOT?

Thanks in advance

Just Ignore this post because I have read the TUTORIALS, and it CLEARED the CLOUDS.
